4.1 The Authority established under Section 3 shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession. 4.2 The Authority shall have its own separate seal. 4.3 The Authority may acquire, use, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals. 4.4 The authority can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint in the same name.
